Do you think I should order GCMS notes or just wait for completion of 4months before doing anything?

Below are the details of my application.
My PNP Outland Immitracker Case can be found here.
AoR - 4th October 2019
MEP - 22nd October 2019
IP1 and IP2 ghost updates between - 23rd and 24th October 2019
Current status on background check is - "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
I had ordered GCMS notes in mid November and got them in December (notes were generated on 21st November 2019). This is what they say -
Eligibility - Met (5th November 2019)
Criminality - Passed (5th November 2019)
Medicals - Passed (22nd October 2019)
Info Sharing - Complete
Security - Not Started
My application was pretty straight forward with all documents meeting the specifications as asked by CIC. I was surprised as to how fast my R10, 11.2 and Criminality were passed. Any thoughts on where my application is headed and how long till PPR?

None yet, but should hopefully receive updates by the last week of January. From the trends that I have observed, CPC Ottawa is taking anywhere between 90 to 120 days to process applications (August 2019 and September 2019 AoR) for most of the cases. Judging from the fact that applicants with September end AoR are being issued PPRs right now, we are not far. Fingers crossed.

Last Time i Called them on 20th Dec exactly after 2 months of my AOR which is 20th Oct. The agent was nice and humble he took some time and on return he said that Criminality is passed only.However, eligibility and security have not been started. Moreover when I asked about my VO he said its CPC Ottawa. Guys do you think my file will get transferred to London VO in coming based on the fact that Pakistani residents files are processed there??
