Yep, everything was refunded (RPRF and the processing fee).

Folks,
Could someone please explain me which stage my file could be at?
Upon Calling i got to know that i cleared Background check. Eligibility and Security Pending.
On my login i can see that Background check status is : We are processing your application, will connect with you if we need anything.
My Application status shows : Your application is in progress.

Am actually getting confused. Please help

it only means you are around 4-5 months at least away from your PPR. yes mate our October files are somewhat still pending to get picked up. Your background check is cleared means your Criminality check is passed that is your PCC is accepted. As for the others like eligibility it will be checked next which can take 3-4 months and then finally the Security check which will take 1-2 months more. And after all these PPR will arrive. Happy waiting.....

1. Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Will submit a request for GCMS notes sometime in January to check status.

Eligibility: In progress
Criminality: In Progress

The CIC representative I spoke to said that all is looking good so far and anticipated that it'll be completed in February. Fingers crossed!

Darn. I was looking into it and considering ordering one now itself. Based on other people who got their AOR in October by application should be past the R10 stage. I'll order it right now. Thanks!

I made the assumption that I'm past the R10 stage since my account indicated that my background and eligibility checks are in process. Typically these stages come after R10.
Then again, it's an assumption I made from @legalfalcon's post (https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...il-2016-join-here.405705/page-25#post-5254511). Maybe they can confirm the same or give you the right answer and explanation if I'm wrong.
