Hi, I am new to this forum, My application was received on Oct 15th Inland. I wanted to know when where can you see this update "Background check started". Is it ECAS or CIC account? Cause in my CIC account it say Not applicable beside the background check both for the WP and PR application

On average, one week.

It will cost me extra 7k if I don’t receive mine by end of this weekend and I don’t think I will receive until next month, so that’s 7k gone....gone....gone...crying.....
I guess it takes only 10min to process a work permit and we have to wait for soooooo long!
