I just sent my Inland Spouse Sponsorship application to CPC Mississauga Courier Service Address via UPS.
Sent date: 10.10.2018
Receiving date: 11.10.2018

Sent my application to CPC Mississuaga thru Canada Post last October 2, 2018. As per the Canada Post website they received it October 3, 2018.
