You are not the only one. Delivered on october 12th and no AOR yet.

Same here, my app was received Oct 3 and still no AOR

My application was received by CIC on Oct/22. Considering most of the Oct/22 folks received AOR, what is the recourse for folks who have NOT received AOR ?

Is there a way to call up CIC for AOR update based on the fee receipt ? If the application is processed by CIC, I 'm sure the "fee" would NOT stay unused.

Some people did get AOR but doesnt mean everyone did. Just wait a bit more as some September applicants are still waiting for AOR.

Alternatively u can check your status online using ur PR card number/UCI here: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.doif it says it can not find u that means they still did not touch ur file
