I am in the same boat, Kitchener, test done 7 Nov... Waiting... I have sent a mail through web form... Answer as below--

Did you get oath letter yet? I called CIC and I think they were hinting me that I will get letter on Friday Jan 03, 2020. They said my file say ceremony ready.
