is it from 2018-2014
or will it be 2017-2013?

I believe in the form it’s mentioned tax year and Tax years are from Jan - Dec. So my understanding is 2013 - 2017.

That is correct. You always file taxes for the previous year, so you wouldn't have filed your 2018 taxes yet.

Anyones application signed at Sydney NS by: C.FLOYD? I sent through courier. Its a long shot but just want to have peace of mind that the application was received at the correct place.

I sent it via Purolator and was signed by C.FLOYD at Case Processing Center...that;s wat the status had.
