Since you are an inland applicant, you should contact your MP and get an update on the status. Also, consider calling IRCC on this number: 1-888-242-2100. You may consider applying for GCMS again too; there is no other option to get any update from IRCC.
I do bro with mp too nothing just say in proccess, now 3 months I'm not calling cic anymore, because say always same, in process,
Hello, need help on understanding where my case would be stuck. Here is my details:
AOR 27th Oct 2018
PPR Email 23rd March 2019
Notified Status change: Married on May 8th 2019
Dependent Medical Passed: 20 July 2019
ADR for Marriage Photos and Relationship Questionnaire: 30th July 2019(Response sent within 7 days)
No update since then.
GCMS request raised on November 27th by applyGCMS.com , but no response from them. They seem to be Fraud. Beware and Avoid them.
Raised again on 2nd January, 2020 through getgcms. Got a confirmation on the request. Waiting for the notes now.
But any suggestions what is causing delay in my case.

Thanks for noticing that. I fixed it. PPR email that I had received was asking me to send passport to ottawa. So I am assuming VO is ottawa.

Have you called them ever after submitting your spouse docs!
No, I have applied from US. Working on H1b. Tried calling few times, but does not work from outside canada
I would recommend calling them and knowing your status somehow
Also, i guess they have slowed down the process of adding the spouse, may be some changes in how they function. I know 4-5 people who have been waiting since January and March. So, there is nothing odd that you have been waiting for so long

I got a request to send updated IMM5645, proof of funds, and resume by 13/01. My AOR is Oct 13, 2018.

They might be taking long time in assessing ur spouse’s eligibility, u will know from GCMS notes or if u need to call IRCC from outside Canada , check this it will help u https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...cc-from-outside-canada-plz-check-this.665008/
Btw , I got my GCMS notes twice through applyGCMS.com, they aren’t fraud but the delay is from IRCC itself & it may take up to 90 days to respond to ur request! I think that is logic since the delay in clearing applications has led to high demand on GCMS notes. Good luck
I received a re medical request on the 31st of December, just before midnight. Medical now booked for 16th, can’t get an earlier appointment anywhere. Received ADR on the 2nd of January 2020 after 2 ghost updates. Replied on the 6th via web form. Now waiting patiently for more positive and definitive update after re medical on 16th by God’s grace.
Received an email asking for Aditional Documents (Procedural Fairness) on Dec 27th, they gave me 7 days to submit everything.
So in January 3, I subimtted everything. After that, I got an update saying that: You passed the medical exam
AOR: October 16th,2018
Medical Exam: Approved Nov.2018
ADR: Criminal Records Nov, 2018
LOOONG WAIT
ADR: Aditional documents for my work experience + proof of sibling Dec 27,2019
Medical Exam: Approved (I didn't redo the medical exam) it was approved automatically
And I'm still waiting

There was a long hard silence since i've submitted my documents until now. I received an ADR for Travel History, PCC, POF, IMM5669 and IMM5406 on Nov 18, 2019. I submitted all the requested documents and then they asked for re medical on Dec 23, 2019 which i have already gone through as well. It has taken so much time that i have almost lost hope. My visa office is London. Can anyone let me know how can i contact them to request for an update on my case?
