What do you mean that your wife has refusal? Is she the principal applicant? Or do you both have separate applications?

CPCO – PR VISA US Permanent /Temporary Residence VISA/Passports
365 Laurier Av.
West Ottawa
ON K1A 1L1
Does this mean my PR will be sent to my address?

Same here. If you have not ordered GCMS notes, you can consider filing for them too. However, GCMS notes are taking more time too nowadays. Did your medical expire? Some applications see some movement after that (my application did not).
It seems there some old file cabinet in a corner with all of the "Review Required" files.
I just received re medical request... It had expired on 19th oct.. Took them two months to send me a remed request. Smh!
