Hi,

Can someone please help with below information?

IMM5406e :
1. Is this to be filled by applicant or all dependents (e.g. parents and married brother/sister even if they are not accompanying applicant)?

2. Is this to be filled in native language e.g. Hindi as well?

Is there any correlation between RR and background SS? In other words, is it possible if they don't pass RR if SS is not done yet? I'm just super exausted about the whole process! I just called CIC and they said my eligibility is still RR (since 5-6 month ago!). I just can't imagine myself waiting for an extra 5-6 month for SS, if it is completely separate from RR!

It is possible you can still go into SS after eligibility is passed. I have seen a case that has gone for 27 months. The eligibility was in RR for 13 months then SS went for another 12-13 months. He received 2 re-meds, one after eligibility was passed and the final one after Security.

When he received the first re-med he thought he got his PPR, then he finds out it's in SS. Imagine the agony he must have gone through

That would be disastrous! At least, the bright side is that the CIC agent told me they extended my medical (did not tell me it is extended until when)
Fingers crossed, we all get an update very soon!

Hi there,
Did you submit any supporting documents to confirm employment queries they had on your gcms notes with regards to your eligibility?
