Hello guys, just tried calling the usual number +1 613-944-4000 but the menu has changed, it no longer transfers you to IRCC to continue as usual but instead says to submit a web form and an agent will contact you regarding your inquiry via email.
Has anyone tried calling today? and how did you get through?
I am using Skype (as I always have)
I had this problem but follow this and it will work : 2 1 1 1 1 2 2 2 2 0
 
Mine expired in May but wife's still valid. She even got the re-medical request.
So you had RR?

Is your wife's medical expiring within the next 2 months? Only that could explain why they waited this long to send medical request

How did you find out that you are under SS. We are under RR for eligibility. Send them supporting documents two weeks ago. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to process documents submitted via webforms?

I got to know I'm on SS from my GCMS Notes
 
Is there anyone here who applied under BC-PNP (or other provinces) inland stream? If yes, can you please tell us your current status.

For me: Medical was passed, but after its expiration they changed it "You do not need a medical exam.". Criminality is passed and Background is in process (probably under SS). Eligibility is also "Review Required" and have no idea why that is the case.

I applied under BC-PNP but my medicals aren't expired yet, they expiry on october. Criminality is passed, Background is in process and Eligibility is "we are reviewing your application"
