Silent reader here, but since I got my COPR, I thought I would share my timeline

AOR 4th October
Medicals passed: October 31st
Eligibility Reviewed: 14th November

Biometrics: November sometime (I don't remember exactly)
No ghost updates since November
Called and emailed IRCC a few times between February and May - standard replies, nobody was able to tell me anything, they said background checks took longer than expected etc. Last reply was May 18th, still not giving any details
PPR: June 3rd
Passport copies delivered to Warsaw Office: June 6th
Profile Updated/COPR returned: June 12th, also my old eTA was cancelled and I was automatically issued a new one for 5 years today.
Even though I wasn't active on this forum, thanks to everybody for their input, I got a great amount of useful information here.
Now I have a single question to ask. I'm planning to live in Vancouver, BC but my best connecting flight is via Montreal, QC. Can I do the 'landing' at YUL airport during my connection and continue to Vancouver on a domestic flight? I will be providing a BC address for my PR card to arrive and I'm moving in with my brother in Vancouver, not even planning to exit the airport in Montreal.
Thank you and good luck everybody, my application took exactly 8 months and I know the wait is killing everybody but I'm sure you guys will all get it soon!
thanks! Looks like Warsaw visa office is super quick, took them 2 working days to issue and send my COPRCongrats.
Yes you can connect in Montreal and continue to Vancouver, so long you don't stay in Montreal or exit the airport.
It finally came! Last night, after 7pm, weirdly.
AOR October 8
Medical passed in November, everything else processing.
No other emails and updates at all, no ghost updates.

I've called them twice, but it's been about three weeks since my last contact with them. It was a nice surprise.
even i have same note..inconsistent NOC...i talked to a lawyer..he advised to refrain from sending any new duty letter..that will make them think u lied the first time...if u r confident thatvur existing duty letter matches NOC, i would advise u to not set new duty letter...i am veru worried because my local consultant chose 2147 noc after seeing my duties but i always had confusion between 2281 and 2147..now after seeing RR i feel i should have gone with 2281Hi everyone,
I just received my GCMS notes and it seems I have review required for my job duties- they are not consistent with the NOC. As far as I can tell, they are the exact same just worded differently. What’s the best way to proceed in this case? Should I have my employer write out another letter and upload that one?
Feeling a little stressed! Any information would help! Thanks
Yes, that’s what I’m concerned about. But I read on a different forum that you can upload an LOE along with the new letter explaining why you changed the letter and they successfully avoided a rejection by doing so. Has anybody else on this forum uploaded a new letter after GCMS and gotten approved after that?even i have same note..inconsistent NOC...i talked to a lawyer..he advised to refrain from sending any new duty letter..that will make them think u lied the first time...if u r confident thatvur existing duty letter matches NOC, i would advise u to not set new duty letter...i am veru worried because my local consultant chose 2147 noc after seeing my duties but i always had confusion between 2281 and 2147..now after seeing RR i feel i should have gone with 2281
I can categorically tell you that i have witnessed both scenarios. I know someone whose application was rejected after 9 months due to inconsistent NOC. It was written that she got ITA based on the NOC that was not correct.Yes, that’s what I’m concerned about. Great thank you! About the first scenario, do you know if the person who got rejected had raised a CSE prior to getting rejected?I can categorically tell you that i have witnessed both scenarios. While another person raised a CSE after seeing in his GCMS that his NOC was being questioned. At the end he got PPR. So please.......RAISE A GCMS NOW!!!
