Hi guys,

Need your advise. I recently got an US b1/b2 visa stamped on my passport. Do I need to amend my docs in my application form via the web form? If yes, should I only attach the new page or the whole passport copy with this bew stamp?

Received RR for POF. GCMS states pof is 0 Canadian $. I had attached the bank letter and the FD certificate which has more than the required Canadian $ but in Indian currency . Not sure if need to send any additional documents. In my 9th month now.

Maturity date of FD should not be long than 6months.u can trstrans the money into saving and send the new letter via cse.
Have you moved to IP2?

And why they deducted 25 crs points for you. Points assessed are 453 out of 478

Does anyone know the effect of job change when PR application is in process? AOR Oct 17, Inland applicant - CEC

Thanks. Yes Im in ip2 since March. Criminality is passed. Security not started yet. My maturity date is Sept 2019. Do you think I should transfer the amount to savings account? Or order another GCMS notes since a senior case officer might look into it?

The point was deducted since they didn't consider 1 year of experience. Not sure why though. My experience came down from 3 years to 2 years. The entry points at that time was 440 so I think it should be fine.

I think u should break the FD and keep money in savings.attach new balance certificate from bank with transaction details too and FD account statement also.as u never know how case officer reacts to analyst comments. To be on safest side send these via CSE and send explanation letter also .
And I think the job duties must be missing for that particular employment so they didn't count that.
But still points are sufficient so no worries.
Good luck.
Even I will be breaking my FD now and send another letter.
Mine also maturing in sep.lol.im IP2 since ,20 days but ordered notes 10 days ago.

@Priya0227 Don't worry as u r in IP2. If the points assessed were lower than the cutoff then it would have been Eligibility not met ,MEC not met.
And in that case progression to IP2 is not possible.
Hope that helps.
But with a RR BGC can be initiated.

Does that apply for soft landing as well? I am going to show portion of funds in CDs during soft landing. Would that be a problem?

I called on June 06, 2019 and the agent told me that she will send a reminder to the IRCC officer as I didn't had an update after my medicals passed on Nov 23, 2018. My AOR is 24 Oct 2018.
========================================
Email sent by the agent to IRCC.
=============================
The last BF/due date for this client's application was 2019/02/04.( April 02, 2019) The client is asking for an update on their file since no action was taken and delays have passed. Could you please verify?
========================================
Today, I received a response from CPC-CTD-Ottawa that:
Please be informed that your application is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a date on which your file will be reviewed.
Please be assured that you will be contacted immediately should further information be required or regarding the next steps in your file.

@SithLord @legalfalcon @Immigration_guru Do you guys can suggest something on this?? I have received this generic response a month ago when I raised a CSE. I am confused and a bit demotivated as my BF date was april 02, 2019 and no action after that as well. No ADR till now.

The worst feeling is when you wait for several minutes and a very unhelpful agent answers the call. She even did not ask my name or anything!

You need to try again buddy. Try again tomorrow and may be luckily you will get a good agent. Call flow on Mondays is very much.
As per my view, you can try on Thursday or Wed.
