Congrats! So you went straight from IP1 to PPR?Hi guys... thanks to the almighthy it is PPR for me today.
Checked my account before 7 AM and there was nothing.. opened cic portal and saw a ghost update.. got extremely excited and came to the office feeling good.. as soon as I opened my inbox again I instantly saw the golden email.. it was received at 7:02 AM..
My timeline is below:
AoR: 28th Oct
Stream: FSW-outland (Pakistan)
MEP: 27th November
Biometrics Completed: 28th November
Radio silence after that
Ghost update/PPR: 12th April (dated 11th April)
I had ordered gcms which I received on 3rd April.. they were generated on 6th March and as per them I had only cleared R10, Medical and Criminality. Eligibility and Security had not even started.
I called cic a couple of days back and got through to a very supportive agent. He told me that my eligibility was Recommend Pass but my Security check still didn't start. He also said that he's hopeful my process will be completed within the 6 month timeline but if it exceeds then 3rd September is the date at which he can ask for an update from the Case Officer, before that all I can do is wait.
But at last I received the email today and the wait is finally over. I pray that all those who are waiting will get to hear the good news very soon and wish them the best of luck for the new journey ahead!
No.. those who need to submit biometrics have their status as IP2 since AOR..

Have you started gathering some info? what do we need to submit at the VAC? we need to print the email as well? and how to fill that table they provided in the email?

Hello Everyone...Glad to announce that I received PPR request. I have been a silent observer and following this thread has helped me calm my nerves.

After that a long dreaded silence. I called CIC on Feb27 and did not get any useful information.
The only thought that helped me was "No news means good news".
Ordered GCMS on 22.03.2019 (not received yet).
IP2 - 26.03.2019
Ghost Update - 10.04.2019
PPR Email : 11.04.2019 (04:40 AM IST) dated 10.04.2019

Please let me know the phone number you are using to call CIC.
I tried on +16139444000 multiple times but ends up listening to the status of application as per the online details.
At the end of the message it gives an option to speak to a agent by pressing 0. After that the message says that all our agents are busy the call disconnects.

I just had a call from my consultant informing me that I received the PPR this morning ! Finally !
AOR October 18th - FSW O - Morocco - Never called CIC or ordred GCMS Notes.
