I have been a silent reader on this group. 10 mins ago I received by "Ready For Visa" email.

IP1 - 3rd Dec 2018

No updates whatsoever after, however, on the 8th of Mar 2019, I had ghost update. This morning (11th Mar 2019), I received the golden email.

Had my 2nd ghost update today, March 8th. First one was 3 months ago (dec 6th). I think the 1st one was for local visa office change but I’m not sure what this latest one is for. What do u guys think? AOR: Oct 20th

Guys, I can’t believe this is happening. I’ve seen countless people write about how they’ve received their ppr email, and today I can finally say I’ve seen the famed “ready for visa” as a mail title. Just woke up and checked my box and there was indeed a late birthday present waiting for me

Same issues here. I was so excited when I found out my Visa office was Ottawa. Now I don't know again. Just 33days remaining and nothing has started

what do you mean nothing has started? How do you know that? Did you raise GCMS? Did you call them?

I called the CIC on Friday, and got to know eligibility, security and criminality is yet to start. 40days left.

Late last month ...I was told by cic agent on call and one web form that i raised that Eligibility has started ,
criminality and medicals passed
Security not started ...
...
But when my wife called last week ..she was told nothing has bin passed except medical

That's because I called them n was initially told that criminality n medical was passed but when I called again last week, I was told only medical passed n nothing else started.

I really hope it's because my file has been transferred back to CIO for PPR mail. I ordered the gcms notes on Friday. I pray my PR comes before it though

A long journey comes to an end.Finally i received my PPR Email today at 7:00 am. Here is my timeline. I applied under Canadian experience class

ITA - 5th September
AOR- 10th October.
MEDICAL - 10 November
My application directly went to IP2.
Ordered GCMS Notes twice
1st - 11 January
2nd - 10 march. one day before ppr e mail.

My primary office is - Ottawa
secondary office is CPC Vergiville

Called CIC in every 15 days and each time they say security is not started. Last time i called on 8 march still they say security is not started and today i received my Golden email.
So guys PPR is on the Way just hang in there.

This gives so much hope to all the people who are waiting for their security checks to start....Probably this step is the quickest to complete once officer wants to get it done....Just thinking that they have sent ppr to cec people today and may be the next batch might have good news for fsw class ...Fingers cross....And many congratulations to you

hello every1...just called ircc right now...agent said nothing has begun...not eligibility...not bc...nor security...nothing.... finally just asked abt the office... ottawa...thats all..5 months and nothing has begun as of yet for me... Aor:13 oct MED: 10 November...what shall i do??
