FSW O Indian, Residence US
AOR 17th OCT | Medical - 15th NOV
Called CIC on the 4th month anniversary of my application submission. ;)
This is what I got:

R10 - Under Review
Eligibility - Not Started
Security - Not Stated
Criminality - Not Started

Customer service agent confirmed that an officer will take a look sometime in the future, and that no documents are needed from my side as of now, until advised.

May be an year more and processing should begin.

Yeah, my feeling exactly!

At this point, I just hope it's not up for rejection or something. Maybe if something is messed up, I'll come to know from GCMS notes I'm expecting in a week from now.

Even I have the same worry that mine is not up for rejection either. I have applied for GCMS. Should expect it in about 30 days so let's see!!

Stay strong and be positive

Why do you guys think it may be up for rejection? What factors are you considering?
My file hasn't been touched either. Should I also consider rejection as one of the reasons causing this delay.
Bcz till now I thought - they are just slow, maybe because of the high number of applicants, and that they are processing family or couple applicants faster (why I don't know). But I hadn't considered rejection - not after 4 months at least.

Pls advise.

Have a question guys, in the same boat as many of you, FSW - O(INDIA) , aor 13 Oct, Medical passed on 10 Nov and radio silence ever since then. Was thinking of ordering GCMS notes, which ones to order GCMS or GCMS +?

I don't think it's up for rejection....it's just slow processing....most of the rejection happens around 30-45 days mark....as I read somewhere no news is probably good news....just hang on buddy

Pls order GCMS notes - they'll be useful.
How did you find out about eligibility under review - you called or raised a CSE?
Also that how to find a job in Canada email signifies nothing. I got that mail after my ITA - before AOR (or even before ITA - don't remember) - just a random email - reflects no progress in application.

Oh god there might be a rejection also now? This is a new worry, can't take this pressure. :( On what factors might they reject, like after 4 months of time? Really?

I would like to order however my lawyer will have to do that and he will likely wait out 6 months time period.
Eligibility under review is just my guess as it states we are reviewing your eligibility ☺️

Just trying to stay positive

Even I wondered this same too. Usually most rejections happen within the first 2 months. Past 100 days it's just rare cases that get rejected.

So I am desperately praying I am safe
