I uploaded my RCMP PCC on Jan 7th. Still under review. Agent said they are reviewing it. I don't know when I will pass the criminality, may be next month. Security still not started. What about you? When was your AOR?I have uploaded the RCMP Document on Dec 7th and according to call center agent they have reviewed it and my criminality is PASSED now. However my cic online account doesn't reflect the same status. It says 'The additional documents you provided have been uploaded'.
I guess we shouldn't be worried too much about the status we see on our CIC account's. It doesn't reflect the actual stage our application is at. GCMS notes or Calling a CIC agent (If your call is picked by a kind agent) would help us get a better picture of our application status.
Having said that the rate at which CEC applications are processed has been decreased drastically from 2017 to 2018. Hope it gets better in 2019 at-least. In Jan 2019 month 20 CEC applications got approved until now. Let's hope they speed up processing soon.

Nope. My ADR is still under review. It's good that there is an update in your account, means they are looking into it.
It depends. You can even call them to know the status of your application i.e. Eligibility, Criminality, Security and Visa Office, GCMS will take approx 30-40 days to receive. I too plan to order GCMS after 2 weeks if no update in account.

Lol. That is weird, they should start at least one of the modules for you. Everyone with whom I have spoken have either passed Eligibility or Criminality, Security has not started for Oct AORs mostly.
