I also need to fill this form but I really don't know what Visa office processes my application. I wrote an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and currently waiting for the reply.
Kyiv Visa Office said that I can find this information in MyCIC AOR letter but there is no such information in it.

UPDATE: I found info, that it is normal to write IRCC in office name and ONLINE in office address.

Good you found out. Someone who got PPR and waiting for COPR said she filled the form manually and got medical request the following day.
of course, IRCC and ONLINE are correct.
I already submitted though.

Don´t worry.

My AOR is October 6, and I am still waiting for the update (Medicals Passed). But UCI number and background status both changedon Nov 5. Sometimes they take more time in process the update on medicals, but it doesn´t mean that something is wrong or that they are not doing other checks like R10.

I called IRCC last week, and they confirmed me that everything was in order (R10 check done for me), that they received the reports by clinic and are reviewing. So, we only have to be more patient I hope you see the update soon (hoping you that much sooner than me LOL... I have been 51 days waiting hahaha)

However, I got an email from WES which said CIC cannot verify my wes document. So I just ordered duplicated one for IRCC.

They definetly don't work on weekends
You get mail on weekends sometimes due to some system delays. I guess mails are triggered during Friday working hours but it gets delayed and ppl receive on Saturdays.

whereas i have started to assume that emails come on weekends because of different time zones in which visa files are being processed...for me,i believe if i get any email from Canadian visa offices those will come on weekends if sent on Friday as we are 15-18 hours ahead of Canadian time....for my case i received email for RPRF during mid-day which makes me think that it has been initiated from a similar time zone or with few hours difference...not from Canada at least...)

I'm a FSW-Inland candidate. My timeline is as follows:

AOR - Oct 6th
MEP- November 5th

I'm still waiting for Biometrics request. Has anyone in this group received a PCC request already? Can you share the details?

I am FSW inland as well, AOR - Oct 9th and MEP - 8th Nov. Curious, why are you expecting a request for PCC? Won't you submit PCC when submitting application.

I have submitted my Indian PCC but since I'm inland for more than 2 years, I will also get asked for Canadian PCC. They usually send request for (Canadian) PCC after MEP but I haven't received it yet.

Received account updation email from CIC and after login my Background check is also updated to in process.

IP1 I guess.

Does anyone know if we receive emails on each stage - ip1, ip2, MEP???? or do we have to keep checking our account?

We get emails only for ADR and PPR.

Hello,
My AOR date is 24th Oct, my medical got clear on 23rd Nov. Now my application status does not change.
Review of Eligibility- We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Background check says- Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

What does this mean? and how long this can take? if anyone can suggest, it would be of great help.
