The traslator has to subscribe an affidavit before a public notary where he declares that he has the knowledge of xx language and English language and that his/her translation is a true and accurate version of the original language document.

It is. If you are one of the lucky ones you may get your PR in 3 months time. So, let´s pray and be positive that we will have a fast process without problems.

That been said, the average is 6 months.

6 months is the average time according to IRCC statistics (starting from completeness check). Although, some people is lucky to have their PR approved in 3-4 months.
