Can someone please tell me if the letter of reference should only be translated from an authorized person?

If he has applied through IRCC before (a visitor o student visa for example), he has an existing UCI. Other way, he don´t have one and they will create it during their assessment. Same for you and children (if applicable). UCI that starts with CANxxx is like a temporary number, the real UCI is 8 or 10 numbers.

If the translator is not certified in Canada, you will need to add his/her affidavit (subscribed before a notary) with the translation.

Through Express Entry is 6 months in average. If you are one of the lucky ones, it could be 3-4 months.

My AoR is also october 6. We should expect some update in about two weeks (To reach medicals passed status, it is aprox 25-30 days after AoR)

What is the status of your application, submitted? My AOR is Oct 1st. I haven't received any updates so far.

Hi,

I have submitted my application on October 17th and received AOR immediately. I got my medicals done even before I received ITA. The doctor’s office has sent me a hard copy of my medical report which I have scanned and submitted to the application along with my emedical report. Does anyone know how this will impact my process?

Express Entry- FSW
ITA - October 3rd
AOR - October 17th (submitted application same day)

Thanks
Seema

AOR 19th Oct.
Goodluck to us and may God Bless us all !
