Who else got this email from IRCC? I guess this would be great, would give better understanding of the time(I hope its what I m thinking it would be).

why there is lot of "your application is in progress we will send you a message when we start your background check" is in October month?

May be this is 'the right stage' of EE as per the average processing time, IP1 it is, I guess. I checked immitracker, most of the applicants from August till I guess 5-6 september are in IP2, rest of september has a mix of IP1 and IP2 and most of october AOR are in IP1.

Hi!

My sister's AOR is October 18, 2018. She received Biometrics request on November 16th. She completed her Biometrics on November 22nd and her Biometrics Number, Enrolment date and expiry (which is in 2028) is updated on her GCKey account.

The only problem is the GCKey status for Biometrics still shows: "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details".

Is that a problem or a glich? Or this status just takes time to update?
