The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is now complete. You must complete the following steps within 7 days in order for your Confirmation of Permanent Residence to be issued.
The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship (IRCC) office responsible for issuing you a Confirmation of Permanent Residence will contact you shortly to arrange an appointment for your landing.

Thank youCongratulations to you! This seems to be the latest way of sending PPR.
Have you included past 6 months average balance on your POF?Hello Friends,
Today I have received my GCMS notes.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x-ztaJ9nDkZZykAToU-qjTPwSo5ADeA6
As per my notes, review required for my funds. Is it recommended to upload new set of POF or should I wait for ADR ?
FSW-O , AOR 21st October.
Thanks
CongratulationsHi everyone! I know this is a late post and sorry I don't post much really, but other than to give update on PPR/COPR progress, I want to share our timeline here hopefully to give hope to those still waiting and also to make you aware about what we experienced as we made our queries during the last few weeks while waiting for our golden mail..
So this is our timeline:
EE Profile Created: August 11, 2018 (FSW-O Philippines / CRS: 446 ) /ITA: August 16, 2018
AOR: October 16, 2018 / MEP: November 14, 2018 / IP1: November 15, 2018
ADR: November 27, 2018 (Request to pay RPRF) / RPRF Paid: November 27, 2018
(no updates since)
December 27, 2018 - First GCMS ordered: Eligibility MET, Background check/ Security/ Criminality NOT started
February 8, 2019 - Raised CSE Web Form: "still verifying if eligibility is met"
February 28, 2019 - Second GCMS ordered: (same as 1st GCNS notes) Eligibility MET, Background check/ Security/ Criminality NOT started
Last week of March (2 weeks before 6-month mark) - called IRCC: agent gave me same answers as GCMS notes
April 16, 2019 --> 6th month mark, no updates received!!!
April 26, 2019: Raised second CSE Web Form query: "background verifications are currently in process" (but our online profile still showed IP1 status )
May 8, 2019 (9pm Philippine Time): Raised third CSE Web Form query: "currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements. The background verifications are currently NOT in process yet."
May 9, 2019 (9am Philippine Time): PPR MAIL!
May 10, 2019 - submitted Passports personally at VFS Global Manila
May 16, 2019 - COPR!
So if you've noticed sometimes the online profile, GCMS, agents' reports and CSE web form answers do not always seem to reflect the actual status of our application. Like if you based it on our online profile, we were stuck at IP1 the whole time and we never went to IP2 until PPR. But if you based it on the CSE web form answer (April 26), it can be considered IP2. More so when we received the May 8 CSE web form answer that we were back to verifying eligibility and background check not started! I was so sad when i got that mail, only to find out a few hours later that a decision has been made!
So what I want to tell to those who are still waiting, just keep your patience and hold on to it. Pray and leave the rest to God because there's nothing more we can do (unless of course you're asked for ADRs, etc)...otherwise the anxiety will just break you..like it almost did to me had I not strengthened up my faith
So I wish everyone luck and praying that blessings will come your way soon too!
"Pray, hope and don't worry...Worry is useless..God is merciful and will hear your prayers.." -St. Padre Pio
Love to all!

Congrats!!Hi all, I've been a silent ready but do want to send an update that I finally got the PPR on May 15, 2019.
AOR - Oct 16, 2019
IP1 - Nov 15, 2019 (stuck here for the longest time)
PPR - May 15, 2019
FSW - Outland
Processing Time - 7 Months
Note that I was really stuck in IP1 before getting the "Ready for Visa" email. This means hope for anyone else who is currently stuck in IP1.
I was initially thinking this might take a year of waiting so I was no longer actively checking everyday. This is therefore a wonderful surprise.
God bless and I really hope everyone gets the golden email the soonest. Take care!
Best Regards,
Zarelle
Yes, the blank means the security was about to start. Your application is at the last stage of security.Guys, just decided to re-read my notes and paid closer attention to the "assesment" section. Here are things that are written there:
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Mispresentation:
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs:
Final:
The notes were generated on Apr 8 and there was no single word about the security (Eligibility and Criminality had passed on Apr 6). However, on May 6 when I called IRCC the agent told me that Security was in progress.
Do blank values in front of Security and HIRV mean that by the time when notes were generated Security had not been initiated yet, or do they mean that smth was going on about Security? Feel nervous as I have no idea when Security was started and how long it's gonna take...
Thanks in advance.
