Is cic working today ? As Victoria day happens to be on Monday.

Also can someone help me with the webform link ?

Pretty sure CIC is working today, there is no special day off. I tried getting the webform link off my profile (there is a link at the top, under where it says "your application is taking longer than expected"), but GCKey seems to be down right now...

Eligibility: The eligibility is done is 2 stages. First an analyst will review and make a recommendation, then an officer will review the recommendation and make a final determination. Your eligibility has been reviewed by an analyst.

MI3 - This refers to the Ministerial Instructions. As per MI3, applications received by the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia on or after July 1, 2011, and that meet either of the following criteria shall be placed into processing:

Applications submitted with an Arranged Employment Offer or applications from skilled workers.

"Applicants will also have one year of continuous full-time or equivalent paid work experience in at least one of the listed NOCs and not combined partial year experience in multiple NOCs. This work experience will reflect the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC, including the performance of a substantial number of the main duties and all of the essential duties described."

Based on this, the analyst has observed that you did not upload a work reference letter from your employer and there is a LoE. The analyst confirms that you meet the CRS and MEC, but has flagged it fro the officer.

If you have mentioned what you say in your post in LoE, you are good.

A11.2 is your eligibility, R15 for CRS and R76 for MEC.

If you have explained that you do not work for the bank, but for the agency, you do not need to do anything.

But if this is not clear, you should send a LOE via CSE and explain your relationship with the bank and you being the employee of the agency, and not the bank.

last i've called cic, the agent saw that we are at 7th month. So she sent an email to the officer to notify him that he's late....
So today we received this email from this officer :

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum.

Have you ordered your notes? I have never raised a CSE. I have called a few times and they have given me the same response that Eligibility is under review. But, on my last call the agent said that my Eligibility was RR. The notes I just received confirmed the RR.

Are you sure your eligibility/security status is still up to date given this new response from the officer? There are three possible interpretations of the message that I can see - 1) it doesn't mean anything and is just a generic message trying to placate you, 2) Eligibility was previously "recommended passed" by the case analyst, but upon review from the officer it is now "review required", 3) eligibility is now passed, security has started, and you are in security screening. My best guess would be you have eligibility review required.

If I was in your position, I would order GCMS notes, and call CIC to check on the status of eligibility & security.

This means your eligibility is recommended pass by the case processing agent and it is being reviewed by the immigration officer after this review your eligibility will be passed.
After eligibility, your security will start.

I'll order GCMS notes, and call'em tonight to see if something has changed.
But GCMS notes doesn't shows if there's a security screening or yes ?

Thank you @MintyUK for posting the updated chart. Based on the chart, there are 45 people from October who are yet to receive decision on their application. It would be nice if the chart is sorted by AOR as suggested by someone. Thanks again!

SS is a part of Security and it is clearly mentioned that security has not yet started.
Application flow
Medical -->R10 -->Eligibility (A11.2) --> Criminality (sometimes this happens with R10) --> Security/Background check/Security screening (all under Security)
