I have understood the process till getting ITA. But it seems there is so much after that and i am confused with the terminology as well as the process. What are the likely steps after some one receives an ITA. i see lot of abbreviations AOR MEP IP1 and IP2. Can anyone explain or direct me to any thread which has all this information?
good news soon and be prepared for being 20% in the same statement is quite contradictingPerfect.. don’t worry.. good news soon.. but prepare your mind to be in 20% ones..

Haven’t you raised any CSE yet ? If not then I think you should.. what’s your NOC..A silent onlooker here.
Had a chat with an agent a few weeks ago. He very specifically emphasized that there is nothing necessarily wrong if your application is past 180 days mark.
He also said that it was not uncommon for a relatively "simpler" application to be buried under the pile, and that delay in finalizing it did not mean more scrutiny was underway.
My application was received on October 3, and I passed the medicals on November 1. There have been no updates since.
yes this is true, when i called on friday i was told the same that ur application is still within the period of 6 months so i should not be worried or keep calling them or something like that he implied. Also as per my last conversation with CIC agents..
Agent 1 : i should call them only if I haven’t received any updates till 12 june.. ( made me too much worried)
Agent 2 : I should call them after 24th April if no updates till that date..
Now tell me whom should i trust.. All i meant to say is that info available with agents is not always correct or updated one.. so don’t rely much on them..
Thank you for sharing the links, that was really helpful. Now, got the clarity.Posted on Feb 2019 - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/application-stages-what-they-mean-mep-ip1-ip2-ghost-update-version-2019.612656/#post-7602441

I do not feel the need to. It'll probably come back telling me almost exactly what I got from the agent.Haven’t you raised any CSE yet ? If not then I think you should.. what’s your NOC.
Ok.. yes it is equivalent to recommended pass..I do not feel the need to. It'll probably come back telling me almost exactly what I got from the agent.
NOC 5123, Eligibility is "Met" (which, as I read somewhere else, is equivalent to "Recommended Pass").
