I called CIC yesterday and I was told my application was approved.

2:20am Nigerian time, PPR mail came in

Hello, urgent question here.
I talked to an IRCC agent yesterday and she told me that my eligibility is "recommended pass",
and my security has "not started". I asked her what's the hold up, and she said that
they haven't received any documents for the ADR (for proof of funds) that they sent on March 14.
My agent uploaded the documents on March 18.
I've confirmed with him and he is adamant that he uploaded all the documents on March 18.
He even checked the portal now, and it shows that the documents have been submitted.

Could there be a problem in their system? Maybe a glitch or bug?
I aim to call them up again today and verify, but this is freaking me out.

Anyone help me out here please?

I ordered GCMS notes on 6th Feb.

It is mentioned that Eligibility: met, Medicals: passed, Info sharing: complete, security and criminality: not started.

So no update on the profile after MEP.

Me! AOR Oct 5. IP2 since feb 27. I called and asked the agent if I can pay the RPRF fees now as I had not paid the fee when I applied. He said I could pay it and upload the receipt through the web if I wanted to speed things up. Has anyone here done that before?

Oh, I'm not alone in this. I read that some people do it. I don't know if it will make a lot of difference. So I decided not to pay it without a request. I saw that some people receive their PPR several days after RPRF payment by request.
Did you get to know about your statuses? Eligibility, criminality, security?

I am in so called IP2 since AOR. And had a ghost update on March 5th. Have no idea what is going on with my case.
