october 2017 citizenship applicants

Hi everyone,

A quick question. Once you complete 12 months of your citizenship application, when you phone the call centre can they email or do something ? They only told me it’s processing and never told me weather it’s security checks or what exactly is happening. I have been waiting over six months after my test. I am oct 2017 applicant. Any advice is highly appreciated

Hi Friends, just one question, if you have finished test and interview after one year waiting and your application is still in process, may they ask you for more documents?

I finally did the test yesterday at the Scarborough office, everything good with full mark, when do you think I can expect a DM or oath letter.
Tbh that office is really busy I was shocked by the number of ppl

I took the oath this Wednesday and finally have completed the immigration process.

Did my test today at Scarborough. The interviewer at the end of the interview said that he has no concerns and that I should expect a citizenship ceremony invite in about 3-4 months. So the wait goes on. Lol.

Hi everyone,

We took the oath this morning. One of the greatest feelings!!!!.

With all the good stuff that we knew we had to get through, it was all very well worth it. Being a citizen of Canada is really something that we are very proud of. Today is a beautiful day.

We want to thank you all for all the helpful advice and feedbacks. It really made a lot easier with this community. I wish you the best and trust me, it is on the way!!!!. .

Our application was received on 12/20/17 and we took the oath on 12/18/18... Wow!! Good job Immigration Canada. Thank you!
