I just received my notes. Applied Oct 2017 and still havent gotten the test invite. The notes say criminality is passed but security is in progress.
Does anyone know the difference between the two? How much longer can security clearance take? I have a very straightforward application, lots of buffer days, and have been studying and working throughout all of my eligibility period.

How did you find out your security is in progress? Since the security information are always blank.

actually youre right, upon reading it again I realized it’s blank. But it says that the old value “not started” was updated to a new value which is blank. Hopefully that means theyre doing some work on it?

You are right, once it's started it will be blank. But we won't know if it is finished or not from that point on.
