My question is how do you get that correspondence ? I mean via email or via regular mail ?

Which correspondence ? FP request is sent by regular mail. Test/oath invites can be by email or regular mail, although being increasingly sent by email these days.

I just received AOR. Good news! Please update the sheet.

Bad news, of friday i got arrested and charged for assault so wondering what would happen. Have trial start date on friday, they fingerprinted me and released me on bail under own recoignizance. No probation yet.

folks i have a situation ere if you can help me :
on December 2017 i received FP request and on jan i submitted the result with summary conviction , then i received the citizenship test invite for Feb2 and today i received another letter from ST Clair office about details of court conviction , now i have a test tomorrow , whats gonna happen if i pass the test and interview , whats gonna happen next , why they scheduled me the TEST without first asking about court detail

Well, test invite does not mean everything else is cleared. Background checks can go on even after the test. Your test is just happening in parallel.

They will most likely ask you about the conviction during your interview as well.

One of my colleagues who has applied a few months before new rule told me that he never received AOR email, but by checking the application status in ecas he found that his application is In Process. The application form is checked and email address was correct.

So it is recommended to check your ecas if you have waited too long for AOR email.

Question - do you get the citizenship certificate on oath day or is it mailed separately?

and once you have certificate, you can literally apply for passport next day right?

I'm not sure about adults, but citizenship certificates are mailed for minors.
