Does anyone happen to know if there is a notification that happens when fingerprint results are received by IRCC? Do they email some acknowledgement or update ECAS, or both?

Nope - nothing lol. I used the web form to ask for confirmation that they had received the results but I also sent them recorded by UPS so I know they arrived. After you submit the results it's really just a waiting game.

Mine are being sent directly from the RCMP so I have no way of tracking that I'm aware of, unfortunately. I'll give it another week as it's only been a week, then perhaps use the webform to inquire.

I have been reading this forum and I am now a little frustrated about our application. Our package was sent on Oct14 and my husband sent it to the courier address but by thru Canada Post regular mail, so no tracking number for that matter. According to the lady in Canada post, the package will be received in the CIC office after 8-10 business days, so if my calculation is correct, that would be Oct24-26. We have not received AOR yet. I am not sure if someone is also in the same boat as ours. Not sure if i should have to wait ot should we send another application?

As of today 17 out of 48 applicants in the Oct 24-26 range haven't receive AOR yet. See also the previous days, many people are still waiting for the AOR, so waiting is my suggestion.

I think you should still wait and most probably you will get AOR in couple of weeks. There are alot of people who's application was received around Oct 24-26 and are still waiting for AOR.

Its always advised to send the application or additional documents to IRCC with tracking number. On a positive side, Calgary office is one of the fastest in terms of processing citizenship applications.

If you have provided an email address in your application form, then AOR will be received to that email.
