Just checked ecas and got decision made. My wife is a US citizen btw. My application was received on October 19th. So excited!!!!!

It is terrible you are absolutely right. but again every day that passes brings you one day closer and that is the bright side, there will come one when you remember these days and laugh .

Got my csq today but my bad luck there is a typo in my husband's name on the certificate called the midi office and they said to return it back, so I sent it off today itself. Now god knows when I'll get a corrected version back

They corrected it within a week! So happy....it was sitting in my mailbox for a week I guess lol
