AOR sent dec 19
App processed Dec 18

And on the PR app it says
App received oct30
Medical results received

I hope this means SA soon. But I guess I'm lucky compared to ur timeline

Hi! Im new to this forum im asking if someone here living in canada doing outland application i want to know the difference and what is much better to do coz my wife work permit will expires on nov 2016 please advise if i can do outland application even we are here at canada now thanks

You should post your question to the forum your bound to get a reply i also think there's a thread stated regarding your concern

But I always think Outland is faster than inland

Mine saids the exact same as yours

So what that means is they are checking out the sponsor and once the sponsor is cleared it will then show the sponsored person is now in process - file will be transferred to visa office and SA will be granted

I called them today and provided them with my UCI number and was told exactly what I already knew which is basically they are still checking me out as a sponsor (going through everything before I get approved to sponsor) he said by two weeks i should know??

This is crazy !!

But of course let's stay postive and wait for SA - smh

Your file is still at the processing centre - hopefully you too will here soon and receive SA

I also tried to check status using unique ID number and PR Card number because I also didnt receive any email or AOR from CIC --but didnt fetch any results. But when I tried to check status using Record of Landing, results came out. You can try to enter the document number in you Record of Landing. Hope it helps. It just worked in mine.

Tried with COPR number for Sponsor with sponsor details. Still no luck. How do you get the record of landing document number?

I have read that you need the UCI# that is sent to you in your AOR email. It would be using the Sponsor's information.
Did you provide email addresses on your application? If you didn't, you will probably receive it in the mail.

I am confused, you have a COPR and PR, but you are waiting for AOR & SA? Are you the sponsor?

Try choosing "Receipt number" and put in the receipt number from your PR receipt and use the sponsor's last name, date of birth and place of birth. I have an application in process and I just tried it with my receipt number and it worked.
Also, when you put in your UCI#, don't enter it with the dash in between the numbers.

I would advice you shoudl just wait. am sure u will get ur SA or AOR1 pretty soon. after that u can be clear on what number to use in loggin in

Tried with COPR number for Sponsor with sponsor details. Still no luck. How do you get the record of landing document number?

Are you the Applicant ? You can try to ask your sponsor about his/her Record of Landing. Im pretty sure he has, since hes a PR and ROL is listed as one of the requirements in the Sponsorhip application. I also even tried COPR , UCI, everything But only had luck in my sponsor's ROL and his details.
I have read someone posted that it worked to check his ECAS so that gave me an idea and hope. So I did same thing and now I didnt bother to worry anymore since it keeps on updating Just this morning , I saw an update that *Medical results have been received* . I can feel your frustation since I was once in your situation before. But dont loose hope. If it still doesnt work, all you can do now is wait and call CIC.

I hope you receive your AOR soon. I am August 2015 applicant and i received my AOR today after 117 days and CIC email states that my application was received on August 20,2015. I am pretty sure my application was misplaced by CIC. I followed up several times through fax and phone about status of my application but no success.

When i called CIC after the time on CIC website was passed my application date, CIC send the query to CPC but no success. CIC said they cannot contact CPC fro 90 days once they sedn the query which is insane.

I send the photocopy of my original file on Nov 6,2015 with the cover letter explaning the situation. When i called they said it shows that my file is received as of Nov 6,2015 which was photocopy of original file.

My suggestion if you don't hear back after the CIC website get updated with your application date give call to CIC and contact your MP asap with the situation. Make sure you follow up with CIC proactively even if they dont reply. Keep record of your communication with them as backup.

It seems like you did it all what more can you do now - I feel your frustration !!!

My friend all you can do is wait, but honestly I wouldn't give up trying through ecas - like I told the others, when loging in to ecas, you have to do it real real slow and bang!!! It pops up- please try that techiquie and let me know if it works

Hi govind2015,

I am in the same situation. Application received 14.10.2015 no AOR neither SA but I try many times Eva's and finally it works 23.12.2015. I access with sponsor's info but other people access with sponsored' info, some others with second name. Just try all possible ways.

Stay positive and relax. Many October applicants!!
