October 2014 PNP CIC Applicants

I was 10 Oct applicant.

Stories like yours gives me hope, I'm a November applicant and haven't heard anything in ages. I had my medical request in April, completed soon after, I paid RPRF up front, and my ECAS showed In Process from April, but it wasn't updated until October. Everything is ready and set to go, just need that final confirmation!

If you guys are getting yours now, hopefully mine will come in January.

Did you get any news? I applied in October 30th, and got DM since September. It took more than 3 months since I got any update. I just recently received PPR. Maybe yours is on the way too

Hello guys, I just recently got PPR today, after forever

I have a question though - how long does it usually take for them to finalize things and return your PP after you send your passport?

Congrats!. What an excruciating wait!. It takes about 14 - 21 days to finalize everything. You're about to cross the finish line.

my case: i had two COPR one was with my PICTURE

when i went for landing at border

officer asked some question

then he did some work at computer

then come back again and ask two question from COPR 1. charged any crime/refused admission or required to leave Canada 2. have any dependants other than listed below.

if yes write yes and your initial sign if no write no and with your initial sign = my answer was no for both and initial sign

then he took both COPR and bring again and give me one COPR copy which has no PICTURE and said congers now you are CANADA PR holder

i found in COPR he wrote : become PR at : XXXXXX become PR on : 2015/12/XXXX
i also found he sign with some digit example: 12345 and dates

he also said to me change your sin/health card/ he also said your PR will arrive by 70 days.


but problem is when i went to service Canada for new sin they said CIC dint update yet

so i am ver upset and stress what happen

today i called cic they said they will send messages to SK border

so please advise me i in stress

People become stressfull waiting for DM & PPR (for more than a year or two). Now you are a permanent resident hence i dont see a reason to worry instead you should party.

The issues now you have can be solved slowly. You can ask on this issue in the correct threads.

I opened my ECAS and Email on Christmas Evening like a curious 5 Years old unwrapping his Christmas gift.
But Santa made me disappointed. There was nothing......Bad santa........

For me also its still IP.. October 27th 2014 applicant. Don't how long it will take.
Any October 27th applicant ordered GCMS notes recently? I ordered on 2nd December,2015 but still waiting for the GCMS note.

I requested gcms note dec 9
I will get soon.i'm waiting it.

Nothing changed from nov.
Just security is blank.
Our security check is delayed i think.

So I called this am and spoke to a very informative guy he said everything was in order it was just our security checked were pending. But that it had passed the 15mts processing time for PNP applicant and that it would be sent today for urgent review??? Now not sure if that was just to politely get me off the phone or what. So thay where is stand.

I'm October 27th applicant and still IP. Is there something wrong with date October 27, 2014 :-\? or month October? Don't know when this waiting will end and we all get PR.
