I did as you said , and it ended up with the documents as follow:

IMM5710 ( MAIN APPLICATION )

SUPPORTING DOCS:

1. Itineraray Travel
2. IMM5802 ( Offer of employment to a foreign national LMIA - Exempt)
3. Proof that you meet the requirements of the Job being offered
4. PNP certificate ( Which I have )
5. Employer payment receipt

They didn't ask me to submit PNP Supporting Letter .

AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK?

Do i really need to provide all these docs as DOC#1, 2, 3 & 5 appears unrelevant to me ?

based on what i read from others you should

put YES in (if u submitted ur pR application already) or
Yes if u got your first stage approval
put NO in (do u have job offer) coz u dont need job offer if u want BOWP. u dont need specific employer
put NO in employers declaration.

if u do that they will ask u to choose between temporary resident visa or open work permit
then choose open work permit.

they should just ask u

explanation letter. (attached the pnp certificate here and aor as well)

(our pnp support letter is specific employer so u dont want to use that)

hope this will help u. i just tried that one although i havent got my approval yet but most of the people here do the same and they got approve already. Good luck

youre welcome! and on the form 5710. all the details asking about employer you should put (BOWP-NOT APPLICABLE)

I am a MPNP applicant from outside Canada and my PR application arrived at CIO -Syndey on 16 Oct. 2014. But I received no AOR till now . What should I do ? Does someone know how to contact the file intake office to check the status of my case ?
