Actually I got my ITA based on my job offer. Never got it for the nomination. And yes u can get based on the nomination too if your province supports it. I know for sure Alberta's nomination doesn't count the for EE

Question guys, in case my visa expires and I leave back to my home country, what are the implications on my PNP (Employee Direct Stream) PR application? Is there anywhere I can find something to read about it more? And does the application get transferred to my home country office?

What i heard and know , if you get AOR then when u moved out, you can transfer ur application processing from the home country.
Not sure if you can do the same before AOR and what the impact it may have on further processing.

One of my friend went through same situation , he got the AOR but waited for MR for more than 5 months and in between his work permit and visa expires.So he went back to the home country and requested further processing from the home country ,now got the PR and will be doing landing process in some time

Don't know, want to know how it works for PNP. As I think my case is going to be like that. CIC hasn't provided with a AOR till now so BOWP is also difficult, while applying way back in Oct I thought by now it would be in process and I would be getting my PR before my WP expires in July this year. Now all hopes are fading day by day!!!

Don't worry you still have 5 months for ur WP to expire, and for BOWP u can only get eligible if ur WP is about to expire 4 months or less than that , and AOR delay is now seems to be common , for all those applied after Sep 2014. Don't know whats the reason....
even for CEC candidates lots of people getting there application return back saying Cap is full ........... so at least we are not going through such a cap issue hope so , finger crossed ................i hope there is no such cap for PNP PR or is there any

There is CAP but it is managed at the Province level rather than at the federal level. So if the letter is issued, it should be good. Keeping my fingers crossed. lets hope things are going to be really really fast soon. that is what i can only guess. Lot of bad luck for CEC guys post Oct 20th. If they were informed earlier they could have tried for EE. Anyways, we stay here we stay other wise back to home country and enjoy

I read one lady got a BOWP even she never got a AOR............so it might be a case they are holding to release a AOR and CIC might already have it at there end.........strange but may be the case based on that ladies post
