October 2014 Application - DD encashed - Software engineer

Hi,

One of my friend who had sent his application in October18th 2014 has got a confirmation from his bank that the DD has been encashed yesterday. His NOC is 2173 Software enginner and designer. Is this possible?

Suggest your friend to double-check with the bank.

How do you know NOC 2171 is capped and how many applications would have been accepted. i.e what would be max date until which applications would have been accepted.

Has your friend applied under Arranged Employment? If yes, then it is possible as there is no cap for Arranged Employment.
