Hi guys I have a question about the proof the medical examination now. I hope you can help me with this~~
I'm filing the sponsorship application outside of Canada.
For the proof of medical examination for the sponsored person, the checklist asked us send Copy 1 of Medical Report: Client Biodata and Summary (IMM 1017) However, the doctor in the clinic says they don't issue that. In the end we only got a piece of receipt from the clinic.

Can we send the receipt for the proof of the medical examination? If yes, do we have to send the original one or just the photocopy of the receipt?

Thanks in advance!

Include the receipt (original) of your medical exam with the application package. All documents should be submitted in original unless stated otherwise. Good luck!

I did my husband's application online. The immigration website said that this method is preferred, because it is easier for them to read and the code lets them (and you) know that you filled everything out and didn't miss any questions. Definitely the best way to go :)

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to track if Mississauga received my application if it was sent by regular mail?

Some news!

Got an AOR! App arrived back at Mississauga on the 22nd (when I had to return it). Dunno if you need to update that or not. Hopefully we will hear good news soon.

Hi :) nope, I haven't tried that , thanks for that advise i will definitely try that! I thought just because of Mac that's why I can't open it, i did downloaded the newer version of Adobe Reader and yet it still doesn't seem to read the file at all. I will also try Safari. How did you send in your application?! Online or written!? They say online makes the application faster and it's easy for CEM to look at your file :)
Thanks again :)

Hi all,

Even though tracking stated that our package was received October 18, I just received the AOR (by email) stating that our application was received October 21st. Osdamour could you please update my file?

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Np :) we hired a consultancy firm to make sure when we submit our application everything's complete. I realized that was a big mistake. It took them 2 months after i submitted them all my files before they got to file it. Also at the last minute they were asking me for this and that wherein they should have asked me for those papers long time ago. Anyway i hope whatever CEM needs to see its in my package already. Correct me if im wrong but online application according to the website is best for TRV application. Goodluck make sure you have included everything or CPC M will return your application for complition.

seems there's lot of Pinoy here in Oct.....goodluck to all of us!! cheers :D
