October 2013 CEC Applicant

hi..
i applied to CIC under CEC on the date of 7th October 2013 and online status shows that its received by CIC on 11th October.But still now i didnt get any file no from CIC. can anyone tell me how long need to get file no. because i checked it via online with my client id. anyone can share if applicant of October 2013.
