Some private paid credit card companies like Capital One here have this feature who charge you some fee per year to give you additional features like whenever a transaction on your Visa occur they notify you by SMS. But here Canadian Visa companies like TD, BMO provide credit card without any fee and they do not have this feature.
And transaction occured in Candian Business hours.

We should be getting AORs in December.
