I received an ITA on 18th OCT , need to submit application but have some doubts , please help

1. POF , do I need to get letter from bank or online statement will work ,I am residing in middle east and I have NRE account in India , I have funds in FD. Also I am OINP pnp candidate and for that I only showed online statement.

2. I took Indian PCC in September and traveled to India in Oct. now came back to middle east , Do i need to get new PCC for India
also my middle east PCC expiring on 14 November , can I submit my application till 12th or 13 November ?

1. You need the letter on letterhead with other info like current balance, date of account opening, any associated credit card/loans. If you get statements it's better to get them issued by bank with stamps.
2. You certainly need updated PCC for India, I am not sure about the middle east PCC, better to get advise from others but if i were you i would get updated PCCs and not take risk as CIC doesn't compromise on PCC and instead of ADR they straight away reject application for being incomplete.

I have been using camscanner for scanning all the documents. The pdf versions have "Scanned by Camscanner" at the bottom. Would this create any problems?

You require a new indian PCC and your saudi PCC (country of current residence) must not be older than 6 months irrespective of what's mentioned on the PCC. I'll be receiving both from Jeddah consulate this week.

Also, your query for the POF is rightly cleared by @hirasalam. I myself got my NRE bank statement for previous 6 months stamped and signed by a bank official.

Not sure if you must proceed scanning your documents this way. The scans turn out to be shady and tilted on the corners.

CIC wants clear scans and I personally wouldn't upload my documents in such a manner and risk disinteresting the visa officer. They receives plenty of applications and its better to make it easy for them with a little more effort from our end.

no! they mean that the marriage should be considered to be legal in canada which it is. for example if you took on a second wife while not having been divorced from the first, your second marriage won't be considered to be legal in canada

camscanner gives a good scan, very clear if you do it properly and merges them as a pdf. why would it be an issue or disinterest the officer

Yes the point is to do it properly which is rare under room lighting. CIC anyway states that you can also upload pictures. "Make electronic copies of your supporting documents using a scanner or camera."

But as many can't get a clear scan out of camscanner, and as mentioned, 'I personally wouldn't upload my documents in such a manner and risk disinteresting the visa officer'. So it's a personal choice and a suggestion.

I have a doubt with the way my name is mentioned on my passport.

Surname: <blank>
Given Name(s) : <Complete name mentioned here>

But the profile doesn't accept if i leave the family name portion blank so I mentioned my entire name in the Family Name portion and left the Given Names portion blank.

Is this the correct way?

As far as I remember, the CIC website states to follow this manner but I'm unable to find it on the website now and want to re-confirm.

They just replied saying that my 'ready for visa' email was sent on 22nd Sep. I still haven't got the mail. Apparently you have to submit the letter in 30days to get passport stamped.

I have crossed that period now

did you check your spam folder? if it went to junk they're usually deleted within a month. so hurry up and check
