It was not even a name change. I had the issue of name split where I wanted to split my first name and last name.No other choice, so had to select name change which is what triggered the referral.
Did you change your name during the processing or before you apply for citizenship?

Hi please update the spreadsheet
Sent application November 9th
AOR December 22
In process January 15
Test invite February 23
Test date March 21
Decision made September 21

Still waiting for oath.... They took it so long to make a decision on my case don't know why... Also they asked for my medical record and exit entry report from USA border agency ...

After 11 months of submitting my application, I got another letter from IRCC asking for Entry/Exit records from UK. They asked me to submit within 30 days. Form no is CIT 0520. Entry/Exit records is checked in the form.
I was unable to submit this with my RQ/QA documents.

Hi please update my info.

Oath letter date: 20 Sep
Oath date: 11 Oct, Mississauga

Many thanks to everyone who contributes to this website and makes the long waiting process less excruciating!
Good luck to guys who are still in process!

Hi, I've test/interview coming up soon. I'd like to know how long an interview usually lasts. Would there be questions about about life before Canada, e.g. education, work, etc.? And should I take proof/ copies of the same for the interview or just limit to what has been asked in the Test invite letter?
Many Thanks

1. Typically 5-6 minutes max.
2. Usually no.
3. N/A. Just carry what has been asked in the invite letter, plus "translation" of entry/exit stamps (if applicable).

2. Printed Oath invitation letter with sign on last page. PR card CIC keeps back before oath session.
3.They did not check passport or landing paper from anyone.
4.There were 125 new citizens from 34 different countries.
5. Parking fee is $9 (whole day)
6. Nearest Go Station - Clarkson (10 min by drive, 30 min by Bus)
7 Judge advised to wait for 2 business days prior to passport application.

ECAS updated with oath date and time but I haven't received any mail/email. What should I do if I don't receive any communication before my oath date?
