I received my AOR in January 9 and they said the processing date started in January 12, however I have never heard every after since for the invitation of the test...does anyone on the same boat as me? How long do I expect to wait?

Do you know which office is processing your application?

Doesn't hurt to give IRCC a call to ask on the status, or you could send a webform too

Given what you described, likely your test and oath dates will end up being close to each other. All applicants "wait" at some point, some wait for AOR, others wait for test, DM or Oath - but at the end of the day, most applications are cleared before the 12 months timeline.

I'm waiting since Jan 14 as well...got AOR on 27th Dec...applied 21st Oct 2017. No update yet...all my friends who applied after me (even Feb, Mar 2018) have got their test invitation...so wait is long it seems...my processing center is Scarborough

There hasn't been much movement in the test invite for October Applicants. Last test invite was June 26th.

Guys, I applied from Toronto in November 2017, and I only received an e-mail in January 2018, saying they've received and started processing my application. No news since then... Not even anything about my test date etc. Even people who sent theirs after me have heard back. Should I be worried?

I am on the same boat- didn't hear about anything after the email in January 9th.

Thanks for the respond. Will IRCC get back to me, I tried to use the webform and it says they wouldn't respond when it's within the processing time ( which is 12 months).

literally on the same boat. Applied Oct 27th, IP in Jan 14th. Haven't heard ANYTHING since then!

I know two different individuals who live less than 5 blocks away from me, they both applied in late December, one of them had his Oath yesterday, other one is still waiting for the oath.

How is it fair that a person who applied 2 months after me who is from the exact same area is a citizen while I still haven't even received a test invite!
