To be fair, Scarborough office is doing a large portion of the process quite well, test invites are pretty fast, Decision made was next business day after the test for many applicants who's background checks were already complete & had no outstanding documents.
Oath is extremely slow for sure - but probably the Citizenship Judge is the bottleneck, not the officers...so any officer resigning will not solve the Oath backlog...just saying.

Random thoughts on this process;
I still do not understand how some background checks are much longer than others. I think if the applicant background check is longer than normal the status should be updated online to inform the applicant what is going on.
Why do some people get FP request and others do not?, why is FP request given at different times (i.e. before test for most, some get it after test, and other are never requested), why is it that some FP request letters are worded more strongly than others (i.e. time frame to get FP, reminders etc. When I did my FP the fingerprint technician was saying the same, he has seen some people get 1 st ,2nd 3rd reminders and others don't). Furthermore you have people who applied in November and in December who have DM already when you have some people who applied in Oct who are still waiting for a test date. In my opinion there should be some consistency, this process seems like it is Agent dependent.
However in all that rant , I am reminded that the process should take a year so one should not worry too much.. :)

What is your evidence that there isn't a single oath applicant? July and August applicants have been reporting oath invitations.

I guess the OP meant not a single "October applicant" got an Oath invite from Scarborough Office which is evident in the Oct. sheet.

Yes, I know, but I nit-pick troll rants. Especially the more stupid and baseless ones.
