Fly back to Saskatoon for the test! Toronto has a backlog of applicants waiting for test dates but it's your call

if you have no AOR for 4 months as of today, send another application with same receipt fee and new photo. There is nothing MP, Minister or even Phone agents can do as they don't have track (I don't mean postal tracking). Hopefully by end of month this month from tomorrow they will open new one or older, they back on track as application volumes have declined from Oct-Nov massive volumes. New app with cover letter is your only solution to get over with frustration. Everything will be ok.

My application is in "In Process" state since January 23. I have not received any test invite email so far. Contacted CIC via their web form but they did not answer my questions. Applied on Oct 23 from Vancouver(single).

Updated your IP date in spreadsheet. Almost 68% of October applicants from Vancouver got test invite. So, may be yours is just around the corner.

you are extremely rushing, mine IN PROCCES since 7 Nov and don't plan to contact them near soon, they can't rush for you and the only answer you will get they tell you 12 month is timeframe. Even if prime minister and immigration minister can't touch anything below 12 months.
