Yes, I did. I got my fingerprint done and RCMP sent it to the St. Clair citizenship office in Toronto in February 06/18. So what is next? Any idea? How long can it take to get to the next step? Thanks.

Wrote my test today @mississauga.

In & out in an hour.

If you read the book thoroughly, no reason why anyone cannot ace it.

The interview process lasted for about 3-5 minutes. It was very straight forward - signed a form, showed my IDs (PR, driving license and Health card). And was told that they were already satisfied with my information and I shall hear back within 4-6 weeks. I think I heard weeks and not months :)

Congrats.

Updated your location to Mississauga (your visa office) in spreadsheet

every time I call they tell me it's a 12 months processing and I look here and see people done within 4 months so it's just a matter of fairness. no jealousy good luck for all I just thought first apply will be done first
Unfortunately mate Canada's immigration is not fair. Top 3 immigrant groups comprise about 70% of Canada's immigration. So other than the citizenship office, the passport you are holding may also play a role. Unlike USA, Canada doesn't have any cap system for immigrant source countries . Anyways let's not be too political. I wish you luck.

@Thommo , I see that u did ur test in Edmonton (Feb 12), and got DM (Feb 14). would u plz tell me what kind of questions did the officer tell u? did he ask for any other documents?
My Edmonton officer told me: ur documents are all good, we will just chk ur stamps.

Hi everyone,
I just received my test invite letter by email today Feb 15th.
Test Date March 15th,
can someone please update my info on the spreadsheet?

Also for anyone who has taken the Test, can you please answer a few questions?
It says to bring supporting documents for your application and ID etc. Are we allowed to take these into the testing room? Will they be placed under the table etc, or is there another safe place they keep them?
Do we need to bring pencils or pens?
And what type of questions do they ask in the interview?
Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks!
