I traveled to South America and in my passport there are entry and exit stamps in Spanish language. In open door society, I asked them to translate but they told me it's clearly shows the date and doesn't need to translate. Does anyone have experience about it?

Thanks!
It was delivered on October 23! It's been a LONG 3 months waiting for this email to arrive.[/QUOT
I know the feeling because I am still in the same stiuation here, my appliation was delivered Oct 16th.
Did you tried anything or it came by it's own time ?
Thank you

Submitted my fingerprints to the RCMP via commissionaires today, the guy reckoned it would take about a week for the Mounties to do their check, mail the result to CIC, and have CIC receive it so I guess I’ll go back to waiting and seeing.

Any idea if fingerprint requests is something that comes at the beginning of processing your file, or at the end? Or no pattern either way?

No pattern. Can be requested even after the test.

Test taken today - 19/20 (caught up on a question regarding British North American Acts...)
There were 2 discrepancies with passport stamps - one was we missed the PR flagpole run (how do you miss that!) and the other was a customs stamp (not CBSA) when we cleared our goods into Canada at the import office. Not sure why they stamped the passport, but now they need to check into it so 1-2 weeks. Other than that no issues - hopefully will have DM soon (fingers crossed).

Do we have to declare flagpole run? So i missed it too, i didn’t even think about it!
Is this an issue?

I recieved my test invite for 8th of march. Almost 3 weeks after I sent them my quality assurance docs.

I got PPQ/QAE on Dec 19,2017 request and I submitted the complete information on 10 Jan 2018.
Today I checked the CIC Customer Service today regarding the status of my submission. Customer service person didn't find any notes against my file that they have received. But he also told that the officer will write something if my file comes for further steps.
Local office is Mississauga.
I would like to check with other members, if they are in similar question.

It would be appreciated if you could keep the thread specifically about applicants subject to the PPQ-QAE updated as well . . . since those issued the PPQ-QAE are not limited to those who submitted the application in October.
