I know people are very law abiding especially when it comes to citizenship test,
I have a knowledge test in coming few weeks,
I am not expecting test questions, any tips what area I should concentrate more?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I am not sure if it takes time to for new info to be available to the viewers but I have refreshed the spreadsheet and my details are not updated. Apologies if I am missing something here.
Please allow 30 min to an hour for it to reflect the information. We recently converted the sheet to a mirror. It updates periodically.

BTW even though the status says they have sent us the Canada Study Guide and AOR by mail on Jan 9th, we never got it. Any idea what to do?
You can download the soft electronic copy from the CIC website.
They usually don't send it anymore.
I think they do send you a physical book, or at least that is the way I interpreted the message. I may be incorrect here :)

My ecas says: We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on January 23, 2018.

No they don't send you a physical book anymore. Only they email you and provide you the link to get the hard and soft copy of the book as you want.

Any particular reason for the interview not to have gone well?

I had an exam today. It was easy 20 out of 20. I suggest you to read the book once at least. Few true false questions few history others general knowledge about Canada. We are not allowed to discuss more than that.

Interview was good with nice officer. Thanks to all of them. Good luck to you

Hi, have a question. I had my test today, passed and done with it.

At the interview, the guy asked me about a day trip to michigan in 2014, which I did not include in my application. Did not include because I did not go to Michigan in 2014 for a day. I don't remember at all about it and there is no seal in my passport for that day. No seal of entering USA, no seal of returning back to Canada. The guy who took the interview scrutinised my passport top to bottom but couldn't find any seal either. Now he said they will inquire with CRA whether my salary was the same and continued afterwards which will prove I was back.

My question is what can go wrong with this scenario. They did not ask me before to send in any documents or anything proving my trip. For all other trips, I have sent my history of credit card transactions as proff of my returning and using my card in Canada. I sent those with my original application just to avoid unnecessary delay with these types of inquiry. I am at a loss with this one
