What are the next steps after writing test?

That's a good question, technically the next step should be "decision made" in the system and an Oath invite a couple of weeks/months later - if they are good with everything in your application. I think during the interview (which would be immediately after the test) the officer will tell you if all is good for the next step, or if they need anything else to complete processing your application.

I just got line 4 on ecas:

"We sent you a notice on January 21, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on March 1. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."

I am bit confused now, is this going to be the test only or there will be interview ? There is no mentioning of interview? Do I have to assume? I still haven't received anything in the mail/email

Did it literally just appear or has it been there all day? DId you receive an e-mail? Where are you located?

My application status is "Application Received" since November 8th. My application was received on 16th October. Is this normal or shall I request GCMS notes.

We are leaving on vacation on 17th Feb for a month. what are our options? can we postpone it?

Updated the sheet. Postponing your trip is the way to go. You don't want to be stuck in limbo by missing the test and waiting for IRCC to reschedule it. Good luck

Updated. Test, and then interview after the test is how it goes typically.
