I had more than 95 trips to the US in the last 2 years. It was gonna make my application really lengthy if i mention all . So I mentioned latest entry and in the ‘reason section’ I explained that i have crossed border many times and returned on the same day.

Which one of the admins can actually edit the data on the tracker after it is posted? I requested something from one of the admins but he/she told that me that it was not possible. Kind admin with God powers, :) please contact me :)
What data do you want to be edited?

I don't know if it will be a problem, but they clearly asked applicants to list ALL absences no matter how long, or reason.

Q7: Do I have to declare day trips to the United States?

A7: Yes. List all absences, even if you come back the same day.

Q8: I travel often to the United States and don't remember the exact dates. What do I do?

A8: To use the physical presence calculator, you must enter exact dates. Check your passport and other records like: banking records, travel itineraries and receipts to help you determine your dates of travel.

Q9: I travel often because of my work (truck driver, employee for an airline company, etc.). Do I have to declare those absences?

A9: Yes. All absences from Canada, regardless of the reason, must be declared.

Q10: Do I need to declare absences prior to becoming a permanent resident?

A10: Yes, all absences from Canada during your eligibility period, the five (5) years preceding the date of your application, must be declared. Therefore your absences during your time as a temporary resident or protected person within the eligibility period must be declared as well.

I guess I should expect return of my application now

They won't return your application before AOR, because the Sydney office doesn't check to make sure you correctly listed all absences. That's done after your application gets forwarded to the local processing center ("in Process" status). If they find this issue then and reject your application, it will be very expensive. They will only refund $100 back to you, out of $630. OR you could end up getting an RQ.

I suggest once you get AOR, contact them either via phone or through the webform with the file number and ask what your options are.

What’s RQ ??

Thanks for advice everyone

Thanks for advice everyone

Hey listen, I recommend you take a weekend and actually list out every trip you took in the past 5 years. If using the stupid physical presence calculator is not feasible (it might cut you off after x trips or not print properly after x trips), you can use the written form instead (check out the doc checklist for a link to the written form for physical presence).

After you get AOR, send Sydney another package with a cover letter and the updated list of trips. That's the best solution...probably the only viable one.
