That's not entirely true. Xpresspost is sent to the courier address if signature is requested, otherwise it goes to PO box. I sent an Xpresspost for my PR application a few years ago to PO Box and it was fine.If you sent Express, you need to send to the Currier address not the PO Box.

Yes, same with me. Express Post with Signature. Received by Allen few hours before sent to PO address/. Found that for the postcode B1P 6V6 there is only one address and its just the CIC post box for adult citizenship grants.
