The proof is 100s of those applicants whose application "everything looks good" when they call contact center but nothing is moving, while people who applied after them are way ahead in their processes.Waiting is not proof. I'm not defending anyone. I'm saying if you're going to make claims, back them up with evidence. Since you're so adamant that I'm wrong, I'll wait for the proof that you have that person(s) handling your case are not doing their work.
